These Galaxy Series Fiberglass Bongos from Latin Percussion are reinforced with Kevlar fiber, the same material used in bulletproof vests, which is twice as strong as steel. The bearing edges are steel reinforced providing maximum strength. The 7-1/4" and 8-5/8" sized hand selected natural rawhide heads produce round, full tones and feature LP Comfort Curve II Rims.
