M1 – MARIMBA MALLETS
The new M1 marimba mallets have come about after extensive testing and experimentation with core materials. All of that attention was focused on what would ultimately work best in the orchestra. Coincidentally this model has turned out to be an excellent general marimba mallet for anything! Because of it’s unique proprietary core material and hand wrapping, we have come up with something that is unlike anything else currently on the market. A “two toned” mallet which will sound warm and round up until the upper mezzo forte range, then begins to get brighter with the ability to cut easily at loud dynamics. Birch shafts with minimal finish layers and hand wound yarn. Not just for the orchestra! Sold in pairs.
