1 1/8” hard gray rubber ball on rattan.   Hardness Scale = 4.5

Rattan shaft 7.5mm thick ( + or – due to natural taper of rattan ) and 13.5” long.

A model I used to offer ten years ago and is now returning by popular demand.  Considerably harder and heavier than the KMR or KMHR model and excellent as a semi hard xylophone mallet.  Fantastic on wood blocks and even nice as a soft glockenspiel mallet particularly in the low register.  These are also an excellent choice for synthetic xylophones.  Try these for the beginning of Barber Medea and even on your recital for Rebonds!
