C-DR4W “DRESDNER SERIES #4” WOOD CORE ON CARBON FIBER

Our Freer “Dresdner Series #4” with a maple wood core on 1/3 tapered premium carbon fiber shafts.

Warm, clear and round sound with no contact noise and a “tweener” from Dresdner 4 cork and the Dresdner 5. A few grams heavier and warmer in sound from its cork version because of its maple core. Good choice for Finlandia and many other excerpts because there’s just enough felt to roll nicely but not so much that you feel the need to articulate through all the felt. Minimally voiced.
